6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Amir Echelon is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the customer assumes responsibility for tracking and delivery.

7. No Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Amir Echelon does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations after an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchasing.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion.
